Recently, my grandmother celebrated her modest anniversary and invited all the closest people to the gala dinner. In order not to disturb anyone, the old woman strictly forbade her to help in the preparation of food and decided to do everything herself.
There was no limit to surprise when we saw a table bursting under various dishes. To our dumb question, granny modestly replied: "I have cooked everything that is most simple and tasty."
One of the most delicious dishes turned out to be pancakes with liver filling. Granny cooked chicken liver so skillfully that not only adults, but even little grandchildren ate it!

Bake pancakes in a well-heated pan, pre-greased with vegetable oil.
Put the liver filling on every pancake.
Carefully wrap envelopes.
Appetizing pancakes with chicken liver serve cold or heated.
For cooking pancakes, it is better to use not a modern pan with a non-stick coating, but a cast-iron, with a thick bottom. It should be thoroughly calcined with salt. After 5 minutes, you can wipe the pan with a dry cloth and proceed directly to baking pancakes.
